You can group different layers of your design and use it as an object.

To group layers

• Select the layers you want to group in the left sidebar while holding the Cmd/Ctrl key on your keyboard
• Then right-click your mouse and hit Group layers. The selected layers will be grouped

To ungroup layers

• Right-click on the corresponding grouped layer in the left sidebar and hit Ungroup.
