This person will keep Mason’s demos, internal playbooks, and live customer flows humming, jump into a SQL console or Postman without blinking, and spin up a Retool dashboard if that’s the fastest way to unblock the team. Think of them as the first responder for anything “the product should work, but it’s not”—owning the diagnosis, the fix, and the preventive guard‑rails so it doesn’t break again.

As our surface area grows (APIs, dashboards, live demos, SIS pages), we need a hands‑on operator who can:
